Thank you for your interest in joining Imaginae. This privacy notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you submit a speculative job application to us.

When you submit a speculative application, we may collect and process the following types of personal data: 

  • First name, middle name, surname, title, address, telephone number and personal email address; 

  • Date of birth; and 

  • Recruitment information such as qualifications, information regarding your professional qualifications, language skills, references and other information in your CV, cover letter or otherwise provided as part of your application process. 

 

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We process your information for the following purposes: 

  • To assess your qualifications for potential future roles; 

  • Contacting you regarding relevant job opportunities; and 

  • Maintaining a record of your application.

USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) IN THE SPECULATIVE APPLICATION PROCESS

 

We may use AI tools to assist in filtering and organizing applications (e.g., keyword matching or skills tagging). These tools are used to support our recruitment team and do not make final decisions about your application. 

 

While we may use automated tools to assist in the assessment of applications, decisions about your application will not be made solely by automated means. A member of our recruitment team will always be involved in the decision-making process. 

 

LAWFUL BASIS

We process your data based on our legitimate interests in identifying suitable candidates for potential roles and managing our recruitment pipeline.

DATA RETENTION

We will keep your application on file for up to 6 months, unless you request otherwise. You can ask us to update or delete your data at any time.

You have the right to: 

  • Access your personal data 

  • Correct or update inaccurate data 

  • Request deletion of your data 

  • Object to processing 

  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
